Day Sixty-Two: Cashews as breadcrumbs

I was making a recipe tonight that called for a breadcrumb coating. Not only did I not have breadcrumbs, I also didn't have anything that resembled bread in the house. So, on a whim, I decided to substitute ground cashews. I had never done this before, but it turned out wonderfully, and the family raved about it. I love it when an experiment actually works out!
