Day Two Hundred Fourteen: Teff
Yesterday, I discovered the world's smallest grain and decided I better give it a shot. It's called Teff and hails from Ethiopia. Following the recipe on the back of the package, I made a porridge with dates and honey that I thought was pretty good.
