Day One Hundred Twenty-Nine: Calming Magnesium Body Butter

As previously mentioned, I have been reading about the benefits of magnesium lately, so when I found a recipe for Calming Magnesium Body Butter, I was excited to give it a try. It smells wonderful and feels really great, and I'm hopeful it will live up to its promises to reduce stress, help with sleep, and ease sore muscles.
