Day One Hundred Forty-One: Meatloaf with Cocktail Sauce

Tonight for dinner we had meatloaf. But our pre-dinner appetizer was raw oysters with homemade cocktail sauce. Cocktail sauce is one of my favorite sauces, so I was inspired to try something new: meatloaf smothered in cocktail sauce. It sounds pretty weird, but I thought it was great!
