Day Sixty-Seven: Kombucha Class

I have been wanting to learn about kombucha for a while, but I didn't even really know where to start. I was so excited when someone posted on a local Facebook group about hosting a class. It was wonderful to make some new friends and learn about what kombucha is and how to make it, and it was fun to sample some that had already had a chance to ferment. I'm excited to see how mine turns out and to play around with it a bit more now that I know a little about it.
