Day Fifty-Two: Homemade Taquitos

Yesterday, while discussing food options for the week with the family, Mexican food received a high number of votes. I had recently come across a recipe for homemade taquitos, which I have never attempted to make, and today everything worked out for me to try them out. They were nothing like the sad version you might find in the freezer section of your grocery store. They were a huge hit with my crew and will likely find their way to our table frequently in the future.
